WE CREATE IDEAS FOR BRANDS THAT YOUNG PEOPLE LIKE.

FRESH is not your average advertising agency. We specialise in developing innovative communications that inspire, excite and engage the youth of today.

We work with clients across the globe on strategies and campaigns that effectively get their brand and its messages into the hands and minds of young people.

THE TEAM

FRESH draws on an eclectic team of twenty-five Gen Yers, all under the age of 27. The staff includes a core team of eight full-time employees and a supporting team of interns and researchers that hang out at the office until the food runs out...

FRESH CREATIVE TEAM (FCT)

FRESH draws on a crew of creative consultants who ensure our clients receive up to the minute advice on how they can engage Gen Y. We draw on a team of between 10 and 14 Generation Yers who form the FRESH Creative Team (FCT). Typically this team is made up of young people studying marketing or advertising at university and some of our key internal staff, who work together to generate youth focused ideas.

In addition to the FCT we also have twenty interns - a tight group of forward thinking marketing, advertising and communication students and graduates. These hyper focused, super creative young people work with us to bounce ideas around and help develop 'Y friendly' advertising campaigns. These people typically are between the ages of 16 and 25 years.

Unique to FRESH, each intern researches and produces regular content on a specific interest area. This helps interns tailor their career path and enables each one to come away with experience in a niche area. The intern’s awesome research blogs can be found in the FRESH Blog. If you're interested in interning at FRESH email Aisha (aisha@thinkfresh.net.au).
